Any one individual who conducts themselves with blatant disregard for the thoughts and feelings of others; showing complete inattention to societal norms of formality, amiability and general manners. While a Dick‘s demeanor can often be observed in one on one social interactions, their thoughtlessness and overall inconsideration is often magnified when in front of a large crowd or after imbibing alcohol.
